Terms of Use

1. Using This Website

These terms apply to emergencywaterremovalpotomacmd.com, operated under the name Bells Mill Water Removal. By using this website or calling (301) 368-0377, you accept them.

2. Who Does the Work

This website is a guide and a phone number. Independent water damage restoration companies answer or are connected to calls, and they price and perform the work.

Any estimate, contract, license, insurance, warranty, or result comes from the company you hire, not from this website. Check that company yourself before you sign.

3. Call Details and Recording

When you call, your details are shared with the company you speak with. Calls can be recorded, and Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings 10-402 requires all parties to consent first.

The Privacy Policy explains what we receive, including the role of Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides its Web Analytics.

4. Limits of the Information Here

The pages here give general information from public records, each with a check date on the Sources page. Rules, maps, and insurance terms change, so confirm a rule with the office or insurer named.

Nothing here is legal, insurance, engineering, or medical advice, and nothing here promises coverage, a price, a time, or an outcome. In a hazard, follow the emergency services and your utility.

5. No Warranty From This Website

This website is provided as is. To the extent Maryland law allows, we disclaim warranties about the site. We are not liable for work performed by an independent company or for decisions you make from these pages.

6. Permitted Use

You can read and share these pages for personal use. You agree not to copy the site for commercial use, disrupt its operation, or misuse its phone number.

7. Governing Law and Changes

Maryland law governs these terms. We post each change here and update the date at the top, and your use after a change means you accept it.

8. Reaching Us

Send questions about these terms to hello@emergencywaterremovalpotomacmd.com. Applicable law sets how we answer.
